Tecno Outlet Colombia is an online store dedicated to the commercialization of branded technology — drones, photographic equipment, computers, and accessories — with operations in Colombia.

2. Prices and availability

All prices are expressed in Colombian pesos (COP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Product availability is subject to current inventory.

3. Purchase process

By confirming an order, you accept that the data provided is truthful and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Tecno Outlet Colombia reserves the right to cancel orders in case of detected fraud, price error, or lack of availability.

4. Payment methods

We accept: Visa/Mastercard credit and debit cards, PSE, Nequi, Daviplata, Mercado Pago, PayU, Wompi, and ADDI (installment purchases). Transactions are processed through secure payment gateways with PCI-DSS certification.

5. Warranties

All products have an official manufacturer's warranty according to the conditions of each brand. The warranty period varies between 1 and 2 years depending on the product. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not apply to damage due to misuse, impacts, or humidity.

All content on this site — images, texts, logos, and designs — is the property of Tecno Outlet Colombia or their respective owners. Its reproduction is prohibited without express authorization.

7. Limitation of liability

Tecno Outlet Colombia is not responsible for indirect damages derived from the use of the products, nor for delays in deliveries caused by third-party logistics or force majeure.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any controversy will be resolved before the competent judges of the city of Bogotá D.C.
