Return and Exchange Policy

At Tecno Outlet Colombia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, this policy explains how to proceed.

1. Return period

You have up to 30 calendar days from the date of product receipt to request a return or exchange, provided the product meets the conditions described below.

2. Conditions for return

For a return to be accepted, the product must:

  • Be in its original, unopened packaging or with all its accessories and manuals
  • Show no signs of use, dents, scratches or moisture damage
  • Include the original purchase invoice

Returns of products that have been activated with a user account (e.g., Apple devices with Apple ID configured) are not accepted, unless a proven manufacturing defect is present.

3. Defective products

If the product has a manufacturing defect from the moment of delivery, you are entitled to:

  • Exchange for the same product (subject to availability)
  • Credit note for the total value of the purchase
  • Refund to the original payment method (within 5 to 15 business days depending on the bank)

4. How to initiate a return

  1. Write to us at info@tecnooutletcolombia.com with the order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within a maximum of 2 business days with shipping instructions
  3. Once the product is received and its condition verified, we will process the refund or exchange within 5 business days

5. Shipping costs for returns

If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, Tecno Outlet Colombia covers the shipping cost. If the return is due to a change of mind, the shipping cost is borne by the customer.

6. Exclusions

Return policy does not apply to:

  • Software, digital licenses or activated subscriptions
  • Products with physical damage due to misuse
  • Special discount or clearance items (except for manufacturing defects)

7. Applicable regulations

This policy complies with the Colombian Consumer Statute (Law 1480 of 2011) and the circulars of the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce.
